    5.Practise seeing yourself especially situations once you feel CONFIDENT and good about who you're and therefore the circumstances you're in. you're feeling comfortable. Feedback from others is POSITIVE. People are listening to you. you're maintaining good eye contact .Feed the maximum amount information into this exercise as possible. concentrate to your visual communication and the way you converse. confirm you select clothes to form the foremost of your physical attributes and feel CONFIDENT in them. does one feel better wearing structure and perfume?
